The world changes faster than anyone person or club can keep up with. The mission stays the same for most clubs. Making fast swimmers who are healthy, happy, and future leaders of the community. The challenges arise as time passes and the delivery methods constantly change. At GAIN, as lifelong coaches, we share this pain and understanding. Athletic development training on land has been a part of swimming for a long time now but having a formalized version has become a linchpin for most successful programs. How do you choose the correct people to be involved with your program? How will you measure the success? How will you guarantee value for your membership? How does training work for an eight year old and a graduating senior? This is why we developed the Total Team Consult.

Gap Analysis Consulting

We all have blind spots to our blind spots

It's hard to look in the mirror and see what you don't like. At GAINswim we developed this Gap Analysis program to turn over every stone, speak the unspoken, and develop a progressive actionable improvement plan for your club.

Gap Analysis Program

  • Identification of the current state: The first step in our gap analysis is to identify the current state of the program. This involves documenting the current processes, systems, and practices in place.
  • Questionnaire for identification of the desired goals: Identify the desired state, which represents the ideal outcomes or goals that the club is intending to achieve.
  • Comparison of the current and desired states.
  • Identification of the root causes: In order to understand the gaps that exist between the current and desired states, it is important to identify the root causes of these gaps. This may involve conducting a root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons why the gaps exist.
  • Development of an action plan: Based on the results of the gap analysis, an action plan is developed to address the identified gaps and achieve the desired state. The action plan may include specific recommendations for changes to processes, systems, or practices, as well as timelines and responsibilities for implementing these changes.

Packages begin at $1,500 for single day $3000 for 3 day packages
